Tips for Safe Blogging + Some good blog links

Thought for the day - I am not a human being who has occasional spiritual experiences. Rather, I am a spiritual being who is currently enjoying the human experience.

Tips for Safe Blogging -
0. Don't post anything that you don't want read out loud in church or in a court of law.
1. post about yourself and your thoughts, hopes, and dreams.
2. resist the urge to talk about other people on your blog
3. Get their permision before posting something about them
4. Anything that might be negative about another person - should be reviewed by them and by a 3rd party - are you sure you want to put this on the internet where it will live forever???
5. Don't quote other people without their permission. Blogs are public. Cutting and pasting from email and IM's is gossip unless the other person has given you permission.

Here are some blogs worth reading. Note - get yourself an RSS reader and subscribe to some blogs ... then when people post stuff you automatically get to see it. I use www.bloglines.com check out http://blogspace.com/rss/readers for other recommendations.
